Thornehope’s Creative Experience Producer, David Pandt, attended ACCESS 2025 on December 3 and 4. ACCESS is the Experiential Designers and Producers Association’s annual industry gathering that unites leaders to spark connections, share insights and strengthen the experiential marketing community.
A member of EDPA, we joined ACCESS to deepen our relationships with U.S. experiential partners, understand emerging market perspectives and affirm Thornehope’s role as a thoughtful, trusted collaborator. We came away with several insights and takeaways that reflected clear industry trends, including a shift toward hybrid events with more hands-on engagement and less spectacle.
“Generally, conference events draw a singular type of attendee,” says David. “I was impressed by the broad diversity of people at ACCESS. It made me reflect on the end-to-end scope of the people involved in producing events, from concept creators to those doing the heavy lifting on the show floor. There’s nothing like it.”

Designed as a warm, high-touch gathering for C-level members of a global leadership program, the evening set the tone for the week ahead and created space for meaningful connection among leaders in connectivity.
At Mobile World Congress 2025 in Barcelona, Thornehope partnered with two major corporations to deliver an ambitious multi-venue brand experience. Our team managed 33 events in five days, brought new innovations in 5G-A and AI to life and kept every milestone on schedule despite tight timelines. Strong feedback, smooth execution and sustainable practices shaped one of our most successful programs of the year.
