Getting Better Every Day: Thornehope Kicks Off the iDREAM2024 Challenge

Creating a strong work-life balance is essential for achieving your dreams and living a fulfilling life. Thornehope’s annual iDREAM Challenge kicked off June 28 at the company’s TGIF gathering. The six-month self-improvement program highlights the importance of pursuing personal interests and lifestyle goals in a healthy and enriching way.

At Thornehope, we believe personal growth is as important as professional success and that every day is a new beginning. That said, the 13th iDREAM Challenge takes place from July 1 to December 31. The program aims to help individuals prioritize personal aspirations and create a roadmap to achieving them. Through goal-setting activities and support from their colleagues, THPers (Thornehope employees) will explore their interests and work to get better every single day at the things that matter to them most.

The iDREAM Challenge provides a variety of options for pursuing one’s interests, such as fitness (running, weight training, biking), well-being (yoga, meditation, nutritional guidance), or hobbies (cooking, arts and crafts, photography). THPers are encouraged not to feel limited, that their iDREAM choice activities are theirs and that they’ll be supported in setting measurable goals that will help them get busy doing what helps them get better every day. It’s about everyday progress; it’s not about being perfect.

Thornehope’s Commitment to ‘Getting Better Every Day’

Thornehope fosters a supportive community by creating a positive work environment and encouraging open communication. Sharing one’s dreams and progress with colleagues creates a sense of community and mutual support, which is invaluable in helping THPers achieve their goals. It’s about the courage to keep going, asking yourself, “Did I get better today?” This is why we believe in the iDREAM Challenge.
