Hand in hand with International Women’s Day comes Thornehope’s eighth edition of HerTelling, where we pause to recognize some of the remarkable women shaping our industry. The Thornehope 2025 iDream Challenge concluded recently with an awards ceremony celebrating six months of steady commitment and personal growth among Thornehope staff. Now in its 14th year, the July to December program invites THPers to pursue meaningful goals beyond the workplace, track their progress and share milestones along the way. From sport to craft to creative exploration, the spirit remains simple: show up, move forward and build a better you, one step at a time.
Thornehope recently celebrated its 15th anniversary, marking a milestone defined by steady progress, resilience and earned trust. In his anniversary message at the company’s annual meeting, CEO Arthur Zhang reflected on Thornehope’s journey as a long mountain path shaped by constant boundary-crossing and disciplined execution. Looking back on the company’s evolution, he described the past fifteen years as “a mountain path of constant boundary-crossing,” where progress never stopped and experience was forged by pushing through uncertainty and challenge.
